Step 1 — Free Measure & Quote

We bring the showroom to you. During your free measure and quote, we’ll walk you through our flooring range and help you choose a product that suits your home, lifestyle and budget. We’ll measure your space and assess what preparation may be required before installation. 

Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll lock in an installation date and send through your invoice for the supply deposit to secure your booking. Your flooring product is then ordered and prepared for installation.

Step 2 — Floor Preparation

Preparation is one of the most important parts of achieving a quality, long-lasting floor. If preparation is required, we’ll complete everything needed before installation begins. This may include grinding, levelling, patching or flood coating depending on your subfloor conditions.

Step 3 — Installation

Once the floor is properly prepared, installation begins. We take pride in every aspect of the process — from board layout and joins through to trims, scotia and finishing details. Every floor is installed with care, precision and attention to detail to ensure a premium final result. As Jared likes to say, a job is only as good as its finish and he's not finished until it's good. 

Step 4 — Finishing Touches

Once installation is complete, we’ll walk through the finished result with you to ensure you’re happy with everything. Final payment is made upon completion, and then it’s time to enjoy your brand new floors.

From start to finish, the same person who helps you choose your flooring is the same person who prepares and installs it.
